Deputy Chief Breen joined the Londonderry Police Department in 2000. He is directly responsible for supervising the four Division Captains and provides direct supervision and oversight of the day-to-day functions of the organization. His position exercises considerable accountability and responsibility. The position serves as the Acting Chief of Police in the absence of the Chief of Police and may be the Incident Commander during major events. Deputy Chief Breen also oversees:
