Starting July 1, 2023, the Londonderry Police Employees Association's contract is in effect and valid through June 30, 2029.  The starting pay step for new employees will depend on the hire year and relevant training, education, and experience. Top step police officers will have a base salary of $89,010.82 at the end of the contract.

Additional Salary Benefits Include: 

  • Day Shift Differential: $1.00/hour extra on Saturday and Sunday
  • Afternoon Shift Differential: $1.25/hour extra on all workdays
  • Midnight Shift Differential: $1.50/hour extra on all workdays
  • Master Patrolman Incentive (2% Above Top Step Pay)
